Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Supplements and nutrition products (once opened)
  • Undergarments and compression wear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Pack the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all tags and accessories.

Ship It Back

We will arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping address. Return shipping is free for defective items.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (3–5 business days) or ship your exchange.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method. For COD orders, we will transfer the refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa.
